Family Friendly Employer Workshop March 2017

Our Family Friendly Employer Workshop took place last month at Galgorm Resort & Spa. Delegates had the opportunity to hear from local employers who were winners of the Family Friendly Employer Awards 2016. Lots of family and people friendly ideas were shared, with employers showcasing their initiatives for looking after tour staff and how investing in employee engagement makes good business sense! Employers are encouraged to look at the individual behind the job title and get to know their staff! We particularly like the ‘Bring your dog to work’ idea!
